TERM OF SERVICES

  1. Default formats are not over 3500~2400 px with 300-600DPI. Please inform me of the file format as well as the commission details.

  2. Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  3. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. I believe outside my range of ability.

  4. I will notify you when I have started on your commission.

  5. Since you let me draw freely I'll not send a sketch for check/edit. I'll be working from the sketch until finished.

  6. Commissioner may NOT resell the artwork itself or claim to have made it or modify an artwork. Please read Copyright

Process and Revision​

​

   While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you! I will send you WIP pictures after the sketch, during coloring, and so forth. If you have any minor revisions or changes, please let me know before I finish the final process of the illustration/design. After I get through a large portion of the work you cannot decide you want to change the entire pose or concept of the commission. A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing. If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage. The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.

  • A rough sketch will be sent for the check. You can be adjusted 3 times limited. More than that will charge 4$+ per place.

  • A drawing line will be sent for the check. You can be adjusted 2 times limited. Additional editing will charge 7$+ per place.

  • A base coloring will be sent for the check. You can be adjusted only 3 times. Additional editing will charge 5$+ per place.

  • A render coloring will be sent for the check. You can be adjusted only 1 time. Additional editing will charge 7$+ per place.

Once the picture is finished, adding small details or fixing a few mistakes could be done for free.

If you change briefs after a first sketch is done, I will charge a new price as if starting a new job. so please think carefully before ordering.

​Payment

​

  1. The currency is accepted in THB and can be paid through PayPal or USD through Wise or Payoneer.

  2. You can pay when I accept the commission. Do not send the payment before I accept the commission.

  3. Full payment is required before I started working.​​ Please let me know you've already paid.

  4. Please make payment within one week of confirming the sketch and reply to the remittance information. If no reply is received after one week, the order will be considered abandoned.

  5. Designed work will have additional charges of 25 - 100%. (character design, clothing, weapon, logo, sign, etc.)

  6. Additional charges according to commission details.

  7. For commercial work, please inform me to discuss the price.

  8. Prices are included Paypal fee.

  9. No refunds are offered.

Cancelation

​

You can cancel the commission before I start to draw the sketch, please let me know early. If canceled in the middle of the process that is an inconvenience on the customer's side, we reserve the right to refund.

​Duration

​

  1. Turnaround time for commission's completion will vary depending on the artwork's type, going from 2~4 weeks to 1~3 months.  more or less depending on details and communication. If there is urgent business, I will be informed immediately.

  2. The most urgent work is 5-6 days, if very urgent is 1-2 days (depending on commission details), if it has more details would be upcharges.

  3. If you need the commission to be rushed, want to skip the waitlist there will be an upcharge on the price due to the crunch time needed to finish. This will also push you to the front of my queue. Will have additional charges of 25 - 300%.

When I'll finish the commission?

  1. I will send you in .JPG or .PNG file, If you want .PSD or .AE file please inform me.

  2. If you want Speed paint will be charged 7$, please inform me before start working.

  3. Credit must be given to me, Yelioh, when commissioned artwork is used (applies to personal, priority, commercial, special commercial). For vtuber models, credit must always be given in bio.

  4. All artworks during the process and the finished artworks will be published on my social account and gallery.  ***If you would like to keep it private, please let me know.***

เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ

  1. ไฟล์ขนาดไม่เกิน 3500~2400 px, 300-600DPI. หากไม่มีการแจ้งความต้องการไว้ล่วงหน้า จะส่งไฟล์งานให้ตามความเหมาะสม

  2. ราคาอาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ขึ้นอยู่กัความต้องการของตลาด

  3. ทางเราจะเคาะราคาที่เเน่ชัดให้หลังจากที่เราอ่านบรีฟเเละดีเทลที่ลูกค้าต้องการ ฉะนั้นอย่าเพิ่งเข้าใจว่าราคาที่เรากล่าวไปในนี้คือราคางานที่เสร็จสมบูรณ์

  4. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธงานลูกค้า ในกรณีที่คาดว่าไม่สามารถวาดให้ได้ตามบรีฟงานที่ได้รับ

  5. หากมีการใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ กรุณาแจ้งแก่ทางเรา จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

  6. หากต้องการสั่งงานตามใจผู้วาด ทางเราจะไม่ส่งอัปเดตให้ดู คุณจะได้เห็นเมื่องานเสร็จสิ้นแล้วเท่านั้น

  7. ลูกค้าไม่สามารถนำผลงานไปต่อยอดหรือกระทำอันใดที่มีรายได้เด็ดขาด เว้นแต่จะมีการสั่งซื้อในเชิงพาญิชย์เท่านั้น และไม่สามารถแอบอ้างเป็นของตัวเอง หรือแก้ไขงานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต >>>ลิขสิทธิ์<<<

​การแก้ไข

​

  1. ทางเราจะส่งงานให้ดูเป็นระยะๆ หากมีการแก้ไขในขั้นตอนนั้นๆ กรุณาแจ้งให้ทราบ จะไม่มีการขอแก้ไขภาพที่อยู่หลังจากขั้นตอนปัจจุบัน เช่นการขอแก้ท่าโพสท์ตัวละคร หลังจากลงสีเสร็จแล้ว ดังนั้นกรุณาไตร่ตรองให้ดี

  2. ทางเราจะส่ง Sketch ให้ดู เพื่อให้คุณตรวจสอบ คุณสามารถขอปรับแก้ได้ 3 ครั้ง หากขอแก้มากกว่านั้นทางเราจะเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มขั้นต่ำ 100 บาท ต่อครั้ง

  3. หากงานมีขั้นตอนตัดเส้น ทางเราจะส่งอัปเดตให้คุณตรวจสอบ สามารถขอแก้ได้ 2 ครั้ง หากขอแก้มากกว่านั้นทางเราจะเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มขั้นต่ำ 200 บาท ต่อครั้ง 

  4. ในขั้นตอนลงสีเบส ทางเราจะส่งอัปเดตให้ดู หากต้องการแก้ในขั้นตอนนี้ สามารถแก้สีได้ 3 ครั้ง หากขอแก้มากกว่านั้น ทางเราจะเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มขั้นต่ำ 150 บาท ต่อครั้ง

  5. ในขั้นตอนลงสีเฉดดิ้ง ทางเราอัปเดตให้ดู หากต้องการแก้ในขั้นตอนนี้ สามารถขอแก้ได้ 1 ครั้ง หากข้อแก้มากกว่านั้น ทางเราจะเรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่มขั้นต่ำ 200 บาท ต่อครั้ง

  6. ทางเราอาจจะไม่คิดเงินเพิ่มในกรณีแก้เพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น ราคาการแก้ไขงานแต่ละครั้งขึ้นอยู่กับดุลพินิจของผู้จัดทำ อาจมีบวกเพิ่มมากกว่าที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น ตามรายละเอียดของงานนั้นๆ

  7. กรุณาไตร่ตรองให้ดีก่อนสั่งงาน หากการแก้ไขเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงจากบรีฟเดิม จะคิดราคาใหม่เหมือนเริ่มงานใหม่

​การชำระเงิน

​

  1. รายละเอียดการชำระเงินจะแจ้งให้แก่ผู้จ้างหลังจากยืนยันบรีฟแล้ว โดยจำเป็นต้องจ่ายเต็มจำนวน หรือจ่ายมัดจำ 50% หากคอมมิชชั่นนั้นราคาสูงกว่า 2,000 บาท และจะทำงานต่อหลังจากได้รับเงินมัดจำแล้วเท่านั้น กรุณาแจ้งทางเราหากท่านโอนเงินแล้ว

  2. จ่ายเงินเมื่อทางเราได้คอนเฟิร์มคิวว่างของท่านเรียบร้อยแล้ว ห้ามจ่ายเงินก่อนทางเราจะคอนเฟิร์มคิวว่าง

  3. กรุณาชำระเงินภายในหนึ่งสัปดาห์หลังจากทางเรายืนยันและตอบกลับข้อมูลการโอนเงิน ทางเราจะเริ่มวาดหลังจากได้รับการชำระเงิน หากไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับหลังจากผ่านไปหนึ่งสัปดาห์ คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกยกเลิก

  4. งานดีไซน์อาจมีราคาเพิ่มขึ้น 25 - 100% จากราคาปกติ (character design, clothing, weapon, logo, sign, etc.)

  5. ราคาอาจมีบวกเพิ่มตามรายละเอียดของงาน

  6. ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงิน

การยกเลิก

​

   1. คุณสามารถยกเลิกคอมมิชชั่นก่อนที่เราจะเริ่มร่างภาพได้ โปรดแจ้งให้เราทราบล่วงหน้า

   2. ถ้ามีการยกเลิกงานกลางครันทกุกรณีที่เป็นความไม่สะดวกของฝั่งลูกค้าเราขออนุญาตสงวนสิทธิ์การคืนเงิน

ระยะเวลา​

​

  1. งานจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 อาทิตย์ - 3 เดือน หากมีธุระด่วนจะแจ้งให้ทราบทันที

  2. งานเร่งเร็วสุดประมาณ 5-6 วัน หากเร่งด่วนมาก 1-2 วัน แล้วแต่รายละเอียดงาน หากละเอียดมากอาจมีบวกราคาเพิ่ม

  3. หากคุณต้องการลัดคิวหรือต้องการงานด่วน จะมีการบวกเงินเพิ่ม 25 - 300% จากราคาปกติ

เมื่องานเสร็จสิ้น​

​

  1. เมื่องานเสร็จสิ้น และโอนเงินครบแล้ว ทางเราจะทำการส่งเป็นไฟล์ .JPG หรือ .PNG 

  2. สามารถขอไฟล์ต้นฉบับได้ .PSD หรือ .AE

  3. หากต้องการ Speed Paint ทางเราจะคิดเพิ่ม 200 บาท กรุณาแจ้งแก่ทางเราก่อนที่จะเริ่มงาน

  4. เมื่อส่งงานครบแล้ว ทางเราจะมีการโพสต์ภาพในเพจและในที่สาธารณะอื่นๆ ***หากไม่ต้องการให้เผยแพร่แจ้งได้นะคะ***
