​Copyright Notice



Agreement between the public (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), and YELIOH (hereinafter referred to as the “Artist”).

1. Ownership of copyright
         1.1 The Artist owns all copyright and authorship credit of artwork watermarked as “YELIOH”, and posted on the Artist’s website and social media account, @killxpills on Instagram, @yeliohsama on Twitter, Yelioh on pixiv. All rights are reserved.

2. Copyright license
          2.1 Unless specifically stated otherwise, The Artist grants the User a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free revocable license to:
                  (a) View the artworks on the Artist’s social media accounts on a computer or mobile device via a web browser or application.
                  (b) Store the artworks on your personal computer for viewing only.
                  (c) Use the artwork as your personal social media profile picture. Users must properly identify the Artist as the creator of Work by visibly crediting them as the source of it. Users may not purposely omit or seek to mislead others that Work was created by anyone other than Artist. 
                  (d) Use the artworks as personal mobile or computer wallpaper.
                  (e) Get the artwork tattooed.
                  (f)  Print the artwork for personal use.

           2.2 The Artist doesn’t grant you any other rights in relation to the artworks posted on the Artist’s social media accounts. In other words, all other rights are reserved.
           2.3 For the avoidance of doubt, User must not: adapt, copy, trace, edit, change, transform, print, publish, republish, distribute, redistribute, repost, use for branding, promoting, add to User’s portfolio or catalog (e.g. tattooist catalog), mislead others that Artwork was created by anyone other than the Artist, and commercially exploit the copyright artworks without the Artist prior written permission. Nor may User transmit it or store it in any other website, social media account, video sharing platform, or other forms of the electronic retrieval system without my consent or credits to me (©yelioh; the artist) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given any time the art is showcased or repost. In some cases, the commercial rights to the image may be purchased.

The following is considered copyright infringement:  
     1. NOT allowed to edit, trace, copy or alter the artwork without my consent.  
     2. NOT allowed to remove the watermark or signature from the artwork.  
     3. You may NOT make profits from the art piece, Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it. (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints, etc.)
     4. You may NOT be allowed to claim my art as your own.
     5. No one is allowed to mint my artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) can not be minted into an NFT by anyone else.

  If you break any of the points stated above I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.
